This facility of Re-verification through website process is currently only for Senior Citizens / Physically Challenged and NRI (Non Resident Indian) customers:
To complete the process, kindly ensure that you have following readily available with you:
- Your Telenor mobile number to be Re-verified (OTP and Transaction ID will be sent on this number for verification)
- Scanned copy of your Govt. certified ID & age Proof for senior citizen and Govt. issued Disability certificate for physically challenged customers.
- For NRI customers scanned copy of the visa and passport are mandatory
- Scanned copy of your recent passport size photograph
- Aadhaar number of a trusted person, who has mobile number registered with his Aadhaar, for Re-verification of your Telenor Number.
- Trusted person will receive an OTP through Aadhaar on his Aadhaar Registered mobile number for completion of Re-verification process.
