Re-verify your Telenor number

Re-verification process for Senior Citizens / Physically Challenged / NRI

This facility of Re-verification through website process is currently only for Senior Citizens / Physically Challenged and NRI (Non Resident Indian) customers:

To complete the process, kindly ensure that you have following readily available with you:

  1. Your Telenor mobile number to be Re-verified (OTP and Transaction ID will be sent on this number for verification)
  2. Scanned copy of your Govt. certified ID & age Proof for senior citizen and Govt. issued Disability certificate for physically challenged customers.
  3. For NRI customers scanned copy of the visa and passport are mandatory
  4. Scanned copy of your recent passport size photograph
  5. Aadhaar number of a trusted person, who has mobile number registered with his Aadhaar, for Re-verification of your Telenor Number.
  6. Trusted person will receive an OTP through Aadhaar on his Aadhaar Registered mobile number for completion of Re-verification process.
